What a Week...

After 2 bags of popsicles, 1 bottle of loritab, 1/2 bottle of codene & 1.5 bottles of tylenol we made it! It has been a very long and trying week. I won't bore all of you with the details but to sum it up, Taylor recovered pretty quickly while Isaac is still recovering and having a bit of a harder time getting back to normal. We had their post operation appointment today and it seems as though Isaac is about 3 days behind Taylor recovery wise. Just a few more days and Isaac can be loritab free! YAY! We do have to go back in 2 months to have their ears checked as Taylor has more fluid in his ears & Isaac still has a small hole in his eardrums. Lets hope that will be the last appointment we have for a VERY long time!

Taylor celebrated by eating 1/2 a pizza tonight!!

Yay, we are home!

The boys had their tonsils & adenoids taken out this morning and everything went well! I'm so glad that part is over with. They are both happy & playing right now. I'm hoping that in a bit I can squeeze a nap out of them! I'm beat :)

Update

Well it is February which means Isaac's tube has been in for three years. We took him in today and it looks like it has finally fallen out! Yay! I wish that was the end of our visit with the DR., but no luck. It looks like both boys will be getting their tonsils out next week. We will let those of you who wish to hear updates know how they are doing once their surgeries are over.

First homework assignment

The boys received their first official homework assignment last week. They were to make Valentines Day Boxes for school. They wanted to show everyone so here you go. I think they did rather well. The only thing they did not do was put their name on their boxes with stickers & cut the out the big hole on the top :)

Red...I used to hate this color and now I love it. Funny how that works!

Wow...Ok. It was the first day we met in person (which was probably 3 months or so after we first met on Prodigy) He drove up to Idaho Falls to meet me. I wanted to show him where a few of my friends lived (Amy..this was on the way past your house, actually). We were driving up the hill and before it comes to a dead end we stopped the car. He put in the song With or Without You by U2. We danced for a bit and then kissed. I will never forget that...

What is your favorite thing to do as a couple?
Um...pretty much anything. Recently it is playing each other Mario Kart on the Wii. Yeah..he can kick my booty!

Hip Hop What?

My family just visited this last weekend and we had so much fun playing Wii and watching the Super Bowl. There is just one more thing that we did and I just had to post these videos. They are of my brother...he is always being a goof and loves making people laugh. We put in Hip Hop Abs as both my mom & him wanted to give it a try (Thanks Ryan for lending the videos).
