Whirlwind Weekend

We have had quite the busy weekend and thought we would share some of what we have done.

We went to visit Grandma Linda & Grandpa Norman Friday night. This is their new toy! Grandma bought it to take to the cabin. The boys are in LOVE with this thing. I can't believe how big it is & how little they look. Kind of funny.

I never thought I would see the day where Grandma would drive a 4-wheeler. Here is proof for the few of you out there who know what I mean. :)

After playing around with the 4-wheeler, the boys were invited to play in a bounce house in grandma's neighborhood. The boys had a blast and made some new friends!

We woke up early Saturday morning to go watch the boys' friend Kian play in his first soccer game. Though the boys didn't seem to watch any of it, we had fun anyways! As we were driving home from the soccer game the boys started to talk about their "mad dreams". They asked if there was something that would make them go away when they sleep. We decided to make the boys dream catchers hoping it would help them. Tony has made them before so I figured we could spend an hour or so and we would be done. I was SO wrong. They have taken probably 6 hours or more and we are still not done. (finished picture to be published later :) )

While we were gathering the supplies to make dream catchers in the basement, the boys discovered one of Tony's old race track toys. They brought it up & had a blast playing with it!

Later Saturday afternoon my mother-in-law (Linda) and I went to Tony's cousins bridal shower. We had a wonderful time! I just wanted to share this picture. Linda spent 7 months cross stitching this for the bride. It is beautiful and this picture does not do it justice. She is so talented & incredibly patient!

As for Sunday..we have continued the dream catcher project & napped. It has been an awesome relaxing day! Hope you all are enjoying your weekend!!!
