Summer Days....

So I meant to start this Tuesday, but I will admit I forgot.  Same again yesterday.  So here I am now.  I have to confess that for the last year I have been REALLY bad at taking pictures of our life and the things in it.  I have seen many of my friends do a "pic a day" for a year.  I love the idea, but thought I could never pull it off as we have an older camera with absolutely no bells or whistles.  I decided Tuesday morning I am going to carry it with me and try to capture our summer through one picture a day that I will post on this blog.  I have no formal training in how to capture pictures in the perfect light, or sometimes how to make my camera even focus properly.  But..I am going to give it a try.  I hope you enjoy our summer as much as we do!

The boys have been taking gymnastics since last August.  They just had their last class this week.  I think they will miss it.  We are SO proud of them.

(I wanted to post more pictures and video, but this took me roughly 24 hours just to upload these videos..I fear my patience has RUN out)

PTA

Some of you have heard, but for those of you who haven't I have been asked to be the PTA president elect for the boys' school next year (which will make me president the year after next) ...after a lot of thought & talking with Tony I decided to go for it.  It will be very time consuming, but a blast at the same time.  The women that are in the PTA have been so amazing to volunteer with this past year so I am very excited and honored.  

Our Love Days

We decided to throw the boys and ourselves a small Valentines Day party a little early (Sunday).  The boys picked out some candy, heart shaped plates and a balloon.  Add in a heart shaped pizza, a little Wii and it was the perfect night.

It's Alive!

Isaac got an science kit for getting such a good report card this last term.  He LOVES to do experiments.  He had a great time with Grandma Cathy this last weekend finding the different PH levels of orange juice, milk & lemon juice.  Here are a few photos of my little science lover.
